Tenderize and flavour cuts of meat. Combine the tenderizing powder with a seasoning or marinade of your choice. Sprinkle on meat before cooking, then gently poking entire surface with fork, allowing the enzymes to break down meat. Cook Immediately for optimum taste and tenderness.
