Curry Jamaican

A sweet blend of the most commonly exotic spices used in Jamaican cooking, with no heat or salt. Fresh habanero can be added for an authentic Jamaican flavour. 

Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, anise, mustard, fenugreek, allspice, cloves, ginger, nutmeg.   

It can be used in poultry, seafood dishes, meat, sauces, and rice for general customer purposes.
