Chicken Soup Base
Chicken Soup base is a full-flavoured-balanced blend of spices, applied in a large range of recipes without contributing an overbearing quantity of one particular spice. It is used to prepare soups, sauces and gravies; as flavour-enhancer for roasts, stews, casseroles, stir-fries, vegetables, rice and pasta or used specifically with poultry and poultry dishes.
Direction: Mix 1 oz (28.35g) in 40 OZ (1.13L) of boiling water. Simmer 5 minutes.
