Za’atar

Ingredients: Sumac, toasted sesame seeds,thyme,marjoram,coriander,cumin,sea salt,aleppo pepper(red pepper,salt,vegetable oil)

May contain: peanuts, treenuts, soy, wheat and sulphites  

Sprinkle over hummas, baba famous, or pita bread drizzled with olive oil and then toast. Great rub for chicken beef, lamb or fish.
