Za’atar

This aromatic and flavourful blend includes sumac, toasted sesame seed, thyme, marjoram, coriander, cumin, sea salt, and Aleppo pepper.

Sprinkle over hummas, baba famous, or pita bread drizzled with olive oil and then toast. Great rub for chicken beef, lamb or fish.
