Flavour: Warm, pungent aroma, with a tangy nutty flavour.
Uses: Pairs well with cabbage (notably in sauerkraut), seasons sausages, European cheeses and breads. Considered a digestive, caraway can be used to make a soothing tea, or chewed to relieve an upset stomach.
