Sumac

The berry of a shrub grown in the Mediterranean and parts of the Middle East. Tart, fruity and lemony, used to add acidity to food.

Dust on pita bread
Marinate with Lamb chops 
Sprinkle on French fries, adding a lemony kick. 
Sprinkle on fresh greens, cucumber salad, or grilled chicken
Try it with popcorn
Add with salt to use as Caesar Rimmer
