Flavour: Pungent with sharp and hot horseradish flavour.
Uses: Add Horseradish Powder to mayonnaise, sour cream or crème fraiche. Add a bit of Horseradish Powder to coleslaws, tomato juice-based drinks, meat loaves, etc. to give them a bit of kick.
