Dill Seed

Origin: Native to southern Russia and the Mediterranean region, member of the same family as caraway, anise, and cumin.

Flavour: Pungent and slightly bitter, aroma is reminiscent of their cousin caraway.

Uses: Pickling, breads, and goes well with potatoes and other starchy foods. Flavours soups and stews.
