Curry Madras

A mild blend of the most commonly exotic spices used in Mediterranean/Indian cooking.

Ingredients: Coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, celery seeds, cumin, salt, cayenne pepper, 
caraway seeds, garlic, cinnamon.

It can be used in poultry, seafood dishes, meat, sauces, and rice for general customer purposes.
